About Us

National Supply officially opened it's doors in 1984 before that many of you knew me from Midwest Wire and Cable Co. A business my parents started in the 1940's, and moved to Green Bay WI in 1959.

At National Supply, we are 100% dedicated to serving the needs of our customers.
We operate in 13 states and carry the broadest product line at the most competitive price.
All our products are 100% guaranteed. Customer satisfaction and on-time delivery are our top priorities.

Shipping Information

When will my products arrive?
Most orders received by 1:00 PM central time are shipped same day. If the product is back-ordered, you will be notified. For UPS ground shipments see map below for delivery times.
Is overnight shipping available?
National Supply ships UPS expedited services, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Select. National Supply also offers expedited services with USPS. Please call for rates. UPS Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on US Holidays.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
National Supply ships products via UPS USPS or truck, whichever is more practical for you.

Can I get my package by Saturday?
Weekends are not normal delivery days. If your shipment isn’t scheduled to be delivered before the weekend it will be delivered on Monday. Weekends are not considered transit days. The only way packages will be delivered on a Saturday is if the parcel was shipped next day air Saturday delivery.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by your order total weight. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. In some instances adjustments may have to be made. In such instances you will be contacted before any additional charges are applied or products shipped.
How do I determine shipping charges before I make a purchase?
To determine the cost of shipping, simply place the item in your cart. The shipping charge will appear on the shopping cart page. Rates are higher for expedited shipping services.
Do you ship internationally?
National Supply does ship products to locations outside of the United States via UPS and USPS. Note that international shipping rates are higher than domestic rates.
Can I track my package?
If you know your UPS tracking number, your package may be tracked using the UPS tracking website.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
With UPS never. we do occasionally ship via USPS remember some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.
Can you ship to carnival or festival locations?
National Supply ships to carnivals all the time, and we know how to address the package correctly. In order to insure delivery we need to ship to an office. Either the carnival office or a fair office. Remember if nobody is present at time of delivery, the shipment may be sent back. National Supply assumes no responsibility for packages returned for this reason.
What if I don’t know the zip code?
It’s always nice to have the zip code, but if you don’t know it we can usually look it up.
What if I don’t have an address?
National Supply has shipped merchandise to some of the most unusual addresses imaginable. The key is getting as much information as you can. What are the cross streets? Is it at the town square, or in the city park, or across from a well known structure. National Supply assumes no responsibility for packages returned for improper addresses, whatever the reason.
What if shipment is damaged during transit?
In the event of loss or damage to a shipment, you must note any shortages or damages on the delivery receipt, and then request the delivering carrier to make an inspection. A claim must then be filed on the carrier without delay. Claims for concealed loss or damage must also be filed with the carrier immediately upon discovery.

While National Supply does not assume any responsibility for freight claims, we will provide reasonable assistance to help you bring about settlement with the transportation company.

UPS insures most packages up to 100.00. Many breakable items are not insurable like fluorescent lamps. If you choose to ship any item not covered by UPS please remember that National Supply will not accept any responsibility for any items not covered by UPS.
Does National Supply ship by Truck?
National Supply utilizes a vast network of trucking companies and have established discounts as high as 78% off. Rates are based on distance, weight, freight class, etc. call National Supply for a quote, you might be surprised at our great rates.
Does National Supply ship by bus?
National Supply will ship by bus. We offer this service in rare instances when time is of the essence and overnight delivery is too expensive. National Supply will only provide this service in emergency type situations, on a case by case basis.
Does National Supply ship outside the U.S.?
Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. National Supply ships USPS and UPS as the carriers for our International orders.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. National Supply has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

The shipping charges you pay to National Supply do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned. National Supply accepts no responsibility for any fees incurred for this reason. National Supply has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

Warranty & Return Policy

What is your warranty policy
National Supply warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of shipment.

In addition National Supply will make available to you all transferable warranties made to us by the manufacturers of the goods.

National Supply is committed to insuring you the customer the finest quality products we can find.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we hope you allow us the opportunity to try to resolve the situation.
What is your return policy?
You may return any defective products within 90 days of receipt of the merchandise for a replacement or a full refund. Before returning an item, please contact National Supply for return authorization.

Products returned through no fault of National Supply. will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The items returned must be in "new" condition and in its original packaging. These returns must be shipped with shipping charges pre-paid. National Supply will not refund the cost of shipping. Before returning, please contact us for return authorization.

Privacy & Security

National Supply is committed to the privacy of our customers.
We will never distribute, rent, or sell our customers' email addresses or other personal information to another company or organization. This also includes any routing information.

Is it safe to order online?
National Supply has an extremely safe online ordering system.
